RIDDOR

Myth: RIDDOR requires all workplace injuries to be reported.
Fact: Not all injuries need to be reported under RIDDOR. Only certain types of incidents need to be reported, such as:
Fatal accidents.
Specified injuries (e.g., broken bones, amputations, or injuries leading to permanent loss of sight).
Over-seven-day injuries (where an employee is unable to work for more than seven consecutive days).
Work-related diseases (like asthma or dermatitis).
Dangerous occurrences (near misses that could have led to serious harm).
