Highfield or HABC (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance) have grown from being a small company to an established worldwide awarding body. To achieve the accreditation from Highfield, it was essential for our business to fall in line with strict guidelines including all tutors holding a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent), having an occupational knowledge and competence in the given subject area, continuing professional development plans and also having our own quality assurance assessor to ensure standards remain high.
